Nicolas Jerry (27, Chile, World No. 35) has won the Geneva Open on the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) Tour.
Jerry defeated Grigor Dimitrov (32, Bulgaria, World No. 33) 2-0 (7-6<7-1> 6-1) in the singles final of the ATP Tour 250 Series Geneva Open in Geneva, Switzerland, on Sunday.
In the quarterfinals, Jerry upset the tournament’s top seed, Kasper Rood (24, Norway, World No. 4), 2-1 (3-6 7-6<7-2> 7-5). In the semifinals, he defeated Alexander Tsverev (26, Germany, World No. 27) in straight sets to reach the final.
Facing Dmitrov, Jerry took the first set in a tiebreaker. With the momentum in his favor, he eased to a second set victory to lift the trophy.
It was the third Tour title of his career. He has only ever won a title on clay courts, having reached the top spot at Chilleaopen in March.스포츠토토

One of France’s brightest young talents, Peace was runner-up in the junior singles event at the 2021 French Open. He won his first ATP Tour title at the Lyon Open on home soil.
