Reporter Kim Hee-jun = KT Wiz’s foreign bat Anthony Alford was replaced during the game.
Alford started the game against the Doosan Bears of the 2023 Shinhan Bank Solar KBO League at Jamsil Stadium on Sunday, batting third and playing left field, but was replaced by outfielder Song Min-seop in the top of the fifth inning.
Alford went 2-for-2 with a home run, one RBI and three runs scored before being replaced.
Alford drew a walk with one out in the first inning and came home on Jang Jang-woo’s three-run shot to left.
In the top of the third inning, he singled to left-center and scored when Jang Jang-woo doubled to right-center.먹튀검증
In the top of the fifth inning, when KT led 5-3, he hit an RBI double up the middle.
However, in the bottom of the fifth, Song Min-seop suddenly popped out to left field.
A KT official explained, “Alford felt discomfort in his right hip in the fifth inning and was replaced for protection.”
As Song Min-seob entered the game in right field, Kim Min-hyuk, who started in right field, moved to left field.
