The women’s Korea League is currently reminiscent of the Olympics.

On the 6th, in the 2023 Dunamu Korean Professional Table Tennis League (KTTL) Korea League Women’s Division held at Suwon Studio T, Mirae Asset Securities (director Yuk Seon-hee) set the Korean Horse Association (director Hyun Jeong-hwa) a set score of 3-1.

Mirae Asset Securities, which made a record of 22 points (5 wins and 7 losses) along with two consecutive victories on this day, closely followed Korean Air (24 points, 6 wins and 6 losses) in 3rd place, where Shin Yu-bin returned, by 2 points. On the other hand, the Korean Racing Association turned its back on its 4th straight victory and the outline of the postseason became unclear.

Mirae Asset Securities, where Jeon Ji-hee was revived, was persistent. Although they lost a game 2-1 to their opponent Choi Hyo-joo in the first set, Jeon Ji-hee in the second set made a miraculous come-from-behind victory against Seo Hyo-won, the best player in the league. As soon as the platform for victory was established, Yoon Hyo-bin and Shim Hyeon-joo stepped forward to set Choi Hae-eun and Ahn So-yeon behind in the third set doubles match.

Jeon Ji-hee, who took the racket again in the 4th set, an ace match, added momentum by winning 2-0 against Choi Hyo-joo. She didn’t even have to go through five sets.

In the men’s league that followed, Mirae Asset Securities (director Oh Sang-eun) returned the last place Boram Hallelujah to a set score of 3-1 and collected a lot of points. With 3 consecutive victories and 24 points (7 wins and 3 losses), Mirae Asset Securities pushed the 2nd place Armed Forces Athletic Corps (25 points, 7 wins and 2 losses), which had played one less game, by one point.  안전놀이터

“Super Rookie” Oh Joon-seong easily defeated Park Chang-geon 2-0 in the first set, and Park Gyu-hyeon added momentum by defeating Park Gyeong-tae in the second set. Boram Hallelujah barely escaped a shutout loss as Park Kyung-tae defeated Oh Jun-seong in the 4th set.

Meanwhile, the 2023 KTTL Men’s and Women’s Korea League, which is running fiercely toward the postseason, will have a semi-playoff on the 23rd and 24th (if the difference in points between 3rd and 4th places is within 6 points) after digesting all the regular leagues until the 22nd. The playoffs and championships will be held on March 22-25. The men’s and women’s national leagues will be held on February 25th.
