Lotte Giants pitching coach Bae Young-soo shrugged off a surprise from a steamed fan.
Before the Samsung-Lotte game on Sept. 9, a box of iced coffee arrived in the away locker room at Daegu Samsung Lions Park. The sender was a fan of coach Bae Young-soo.
The cans had a picture of Bae Young-soo and the words “Lotte is good, Coach Bae Young-soo is 계셔서❤︎ Lotte Giants cheers!” written on them.
A club representative said, “Coach Bae’s fan club sent the cans to support him so that he wouldn’t get tired in the hot summer.”
Bae began his professional career with Samsung in 2000 and went on to play for Hanwha and Doosan, winning 138 games in 499 appearances in the first team, with a record of 122-138, three saves and seven shutouts. His ERA was 4.46.스포츠토토
